The first screenshots of Steam for Mac indicate that its user interface is almost similar to that of the Windows version. With the same dark theme of Valve, users would be able to browse the Mac game store library. It is also reported that Valve might bring a huge change in its Steam Client's user interface update leading to a better experience for its subscribers.
The Steam Play feature is expected to allow users to play same game on Windows as well as Mac for free through the Steam Cloud. Basically, a PC game purchased from Steam could be played even on the Mac platform from the same point where you left it on PC.

Portal 2 will be one of the first Steam games for the Mac platform which will also be released for PC via Steam.
Steam for Mac is expected to turn Mac into another major gaming platform, just like PC. Also, we wonder if this Steam client would also be released for Apple iPad and/or iPhone platforms. Co-incidentally, Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference 2010 is scheduled to start from June 28 in Moscone West, San Francisco. We wonder if Steam would share the stage with Steve Jobs and others.
